I’m thrilled to share that I have been appointed to the CUE Inc. Advisory Committee (CCAC) as a member of the Community for Positive Employee Relations Consultants. This role represents a wonderful intersection of my passions and expertise: culture, people, and the business outcomes that come from healthier, more engaged workplaces.
As a Workplace Culture Strategist and Co-Founder of Loutel, I have spent years helping organizations design and sustain cultures where every employee can thrive. Being part of CCAC offers an extraordinary platform to amplify these efforts across the broader CUE community. I’m honored to have the opportunity to bring my perspective on culture, people, and business to the table and to contribute to initiatives that support positive employee relations for all.
In this role, I look forward to collaborating with an incredibly talented group of professionals who share a common commitment: creating workplaces where people feel valued, heard, and empowered to do their best work. By leveraging evidence-based practices, practical strategies, and innovative ideas, I aim to help organizations within the CUE community build healthier, more engaged cultures that drive sustainable success.
